Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyLocation for Mac software and the website gpslocationchanger.com (together, the "Service"), operated by OkbSoft (İkbal Yaşar). By downloading or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The software

MyLocation for Mac is a desktop application that sets a simulated GPS location on an iPhone or Android phone connected to your Mac, using the developer location tools provided by iOS and Android — the same facilities Xcode and Android Studio use. It requires a Mac running macOS 13 or later (Apple silicon), either an iPhone on iOS 18 or later with Developer Mode enabled or an Android phone on Android 12 or later with USB debugging enabled, and a valid licence.

2. Licence

When you purchase a licence we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on up to two Macs that you own or control, for the licence period (one month or one year, or indefinitely for a Lifetime licence). You may not share, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the software or your licence key. Licence keys sold through our former reseller Paddle.com before October 2026 remain valid for their paid period under the terms that applied at purchase.

3. Purchases and billing

Licences are sold by OkbSoft. Payment is made through Gumroad, our checkout provider; the licence key is shown on the receipt page and delivered by email immediately after payment. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion. Yearly licences do not renew automatically — we remind you before expiry and you decide whether to renew. 4. Acceptable use

The software is intended for software development and testing, personal privacy, and travel planning. You agree to use it only in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of service of any third-party app or service you use it with. In particular, you agree not to use it to commit fraud, to harass, stalk or deceive others, to evade law enforcement, or to gain an advantage in any service whose rules prohibit simulated locations. Any consequences of breaching a third party's terms, including account restrictions, are your responsibility.

5. No warranty

The software is provided "as is". Apple and Google may change iOS, Android or macOS in ways that affect functionality. We work to keep the software compatible with current versions but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with any particular third-party app.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or third-party account restrictions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used in breach of these terms, shared publicly, or obtained through a fraudulent or refunded payment.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
