Refund Policy

We want you to be sure MyLocation for Mac works with your setup before you pay, and to be treated fairly if it does not.

MyLocation for Mac is sold by OkbSoft (İkbal Yaşar). Licences are paid through a secure payment link and delivered as a key by email.

Before you buy

Please check the requirements: a Mac with Apple silicon on macOS 13 or later, an iPhone on iOS 18 or later with Developer Mode enabled (or an Android phone on Android 12 or later with USB debugging), and a USB cable. The Mac app is a free download, so you can install it and confirm that it detects your phone before purchasing a licence.

30-day money-back guarantee

If the software does not work for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase at okbsoft@gmail.com with your order reference and a short description of the problem. We will first try to fix it; if we cannot, we refund you in full to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Yearly licences

Yearly licences do not renew automatically; we remind you before expiry. If you choose to renew and change your mind, a renewal payment can be refunded within 14 days if the software was not used in that period.

Purchases made through Paddle before October 2026

Licence keys bought through our former reseller Paddle.com keep working for their paid period, and the same 30-day money-back guarantee applies — email us with your Paddle order number.

When refunds are not available

• Requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase.
• A third-party app or service restricted your account because of how the software was used.
• The licence was obtained fraudulently or has been shared publicly.
