Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data OkbSoft (İkbal Yaşar) collects through gpslocationchanger.com and the MyLocation for Mac application, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Purchase data. When you request a licence we receive your email address and, from the payment provider, confirmation that payment was made (amount, date, a reference). We never receive your card details.
- Licence data. To activate a licence the Mac app sends the licence key, a hardware identifier of the Mac, and the Mac's name. We store these to enforce the two-device limit and to let you manage your devices.
- Email. If you ask us to email a download link or contact support, we store your email address and message.
- Website logs. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL).
What we do not collect
The Mac app does not send us the locations you simulate, your real location, or any data from your phone. Location simulation happens locally between your Mac and your phone.
How we use data
To deliver and validate licences, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Processors
Our payment provider (card/PayPal processing for payment links), Google Firebase (licence database and cloud functions), Resend (transactional email), Amazon Web Services (website hosting). Purchases made through Paddle.com before October 2026 were processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record under Paddle's privacy policy.
Retention
Licence records are kept while the licence is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Accounting records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to okbsoft@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
